  • $5 Flat Rate Shipping: For smaller orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Upgrade to faster delivery for an additional fee. Transit times will vary depending on your location within the US.

Order Processing: Allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You'll receive a notification with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Return Policy

We want you to love your homeware purchases. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). Simply return your unused and unworn items in their original packaging to receive a refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Here's how to make a return:

  1. Contact us at help@tevanaa.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. We'll provide you instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Once we receive your returned item(s) in their original condition, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
